Why Maintain?

Did you know that even if you have a home warranty program you are still required to properly maintain your appliances in order for your warranty program to be in good standing?

The majority of appliance failures, (primarily with our refrigerators, dryers and whole house cooling system), are caused by poorly maintained appliances. These systems build heat or are designed to dissipate heat. So if the coils are clogged with lint or debris and cannot properly do their job they are considered to be poorly maintained. Poor maintained appliances use more electricity to do the job they are designed to do and you stand a good chance of being turned down for warranty reimbursement for failure to maintain your appliance.
